Kindergarten Registration

Today I had to stop by the school to turn in some papers for Zeke's Kindergarten. I also had to turn in a request for what teacher(s) I wanted for him next year. The school makes you pick 4 and they try to honor one of your requests when assigning him to a teacher. I talked to different people and came up with 4 choices who I got good reviews for. As I turned in the paper it made me realized that he will be going to that big school in the fall. He will walk down those halls, he will go to the big library and cafeteria and he will be one of about 200 kids starting kindergarten at that school. So far he has always been in small classes and at small schools. This will be his first experience out on the big world and I know he is excited about it but I am a bit scared. I was not scared when Ive or Samantha started school and I was as excited as they were. I think the reason I am apprehensive is because Zeke is my little one. Don't misunderstand me I am excited that he is starting school and I am praying he will have a great year! I am just a little bit sad because it is all going by so fast. It just reminds me to take my time and enjoy the time I have with all of them because they are growing up before my eyes.
