It has been one week without Jake and we are kind of getting us to it. We all still miss him but it has not be too bad. Some days are a lot harder than other days. This is Jake's 2nd week at the Academy and it is rough. It is very similar to joining to armed forces. This week it will get harder. The physical training will increase and there will be more required of them mentally.
Jake is enjoying himself. I can sense the changes in him. He is becoming more disciplined. I wonder how things will change when we all come back together in 31 weeks?
