Progress on our house

It seems like we have been working on this house since we moved in. We had already made alot of changes and it is beginning to feel very much like our own. Some changes were needed and others were just because we wanted them. We have so far....
1. painted the kitchen, living room, dining room and part of the basement
2. added tile to about 1/2 of the basement
3. changed all the hardware in the kitchen
4. changed the sink in one bathroom
5. changed old doors to new doors
6. changed old lightfixtures to more modern ones
7. put new drywall on part of the basement
8. changed the placement of the washwer and dryer
9. build a tree house for the kids
10. cleaned out trash, satellite dish and old trees from the yard
11. added new airconditioners

Left to go on our project list....
1. finish the tile on the basement
2. finish the painting on the basement
3. change exterior doors and sliding door
4. build new basement stairs
5. change light fistures
6. update the basement bathroom (sink and lights)
7. new front and side porch (entrance to be built)
8. new carpet upstairs
9.fix landscaping outside

So as you can see we are making good progress but still have a ways to go. It has been an enjoyable and educational experience. Hopefully we will make a good profit when we sell the house at some point in the future.
