Samantha has an amazing gift of being able to imitate sounds and voices. She can sing on tune and can change the lyrics to a song and still not lose the tune. It is quite amazing to hear her. She can imitate some of the characters from her favorite movies and if you close your eyes it is as if you where there. She also does a great job at acting out parts of books and movies with her siblings. At some point I am going to have to record their plays because they are hysterical to watch. I particularly enjoy their reenactment of Calvin and Hobbes comics with one of them playing Hobbes and the another one Calvin. Whoever is left over (usually Zeke will play one of the parents or some other character). Samantha can also do a great imitation of Ursula from The Little Mermaid and of Ms. Hannigan from Annie (the original version with Carol Burnett).
I am always amazed at the different talent that God has given each of my children. It is also amazing how three kids can be so different and still be related. I have to admit it is a blast to see their relationships and their personalities develop as they age.
